1. Who makes this offer

Effeect LLC, 144 East Midwest Avenue, Casper, WY 82601, USA. These terms add to our Terms and Conditions.

2. The free trial (“Your First Effeect”)

One trial per business. We check that the business is eligible before we start, for example that it has not had a trial before.
You choose one service, and we deliver one deliverable for it, with one revision.
We deliver within 7 business days after your brief and the access we need are ready.
No card is needed, and the trial does not turn into a subscription.
If we are at capacity, we put your request on a waitlist and tell you when it can start.

3. 10% off your first paid month

The 10% discount applies to the monthly service fee of the first paid month of a standard plan: Paid Ads, Social Media, SEO + AI Search, Email Marketing or a Growth Team.
It does not apply to advertising spend, which you pay to the ad platforms directly, to third-party software, or to quoted projects and Enterprise scopes.
From the second month, your plan renews at the full monthly fee shown before you buy, until you cancel.

4. Fees that follow your ad budget

Some fees depend on your monthly advertising budget. For example, Paid Ads Growth costs the higher of $1,200 or 15% of your monthly media. The pricing page shows the fee for your budget before you buy.
