Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

Effeect LLC wants effeect.com to work for as many people as possible, whatever device or assistive technology they use. That includes people who navigate with a keyboard, use a screen reader, voice control or a screen magnifier, zoom the page, or prefer less motion.

2. The standard we follow

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as the standard for the pages we design and build.

3. How we check our pages

Before a redesigned page is published, we check it:

• with automated WCAG 2.2 AA tests at five screen widths, from 320 to 1440 pixels;
• with a keyboard only, including the menus, forms, dialogs and cookie choices;
• for the colour contrast of text, buttons, links and focus outlines;
• for content that fits a 320 pixel wide screen without scrolling sideways;
• for animation that stops when your device asks for reduced motion, or when you pause it.

4. Known limitations

Some parts of the site have not been checked to the same standard yet:

• older blog posts, case studies and free tools, written before the redesign;
• content from other services, such as embedded videos, booking calendars and payment pages, which we do not control;
• the client dashboard and the client reporting dashboard behind the client login, which we have not reviewed yet.
