2. Redesigning The Shopify Store And Optimizing For Conversions
Next, we turned to the online store. The old experience was functional but not inspiring. It didn’t communicate the sense of discovery and excitement.
We redesigned the Shopify store with a focus on both aesthetics and ease of purchase:
- Simplified navigation so visitors can quickly find categories
- Used the new mascot and colors to create a consistent visual story
- Improved product pages with clearer photos, simple descriptions and trust elements
- Tested and refined key CRO elements, including add-to-cart button placement, call-to-action texts and checkout flow.
The goal was simple: when a collector lands on the site, they should feel “this is my place” and be able to complete a purchase.
3. Growing Organic Visibility With SEO
To help Schweiz Trend Shop become a local leader and prepare for EU expansion, we focused on search visibility from day one.
Our SEO work included:
- Keyword research focused on Swiss collectors and EU audiences.
- On-page optimization for main category and product pages
- Technical improvements to help search engines crawl and understand the site
- Strategic internal linking to highlight key collections and products.
Within 2 months, Schweiz Trend Shop reached top positions on Google for several of their main target keywords.
4. Creating Consistent Presence Across Channels
We used social media, email marketing and ongoing content to stay connected with collectors.
On the social media side, we:
- Built a content plan around new arrivals, limited drops, behind-the-scenes moments and community features.
- Used the mascot and brand colors in all designs to maintain a recognizable feed.
- Balanced product-focused posts with playful, collection-inspired content that fans want to share.
For email marketing, we:
- Designed branded newsletter templates
- Set up regular campaigns for new collections, special offers and seasonal themes.
- Used segmenting to speak differently to new subscribers, returning buyers and high-frequency collectors.
All of this was supported by continuous Shopify store management and CRO, making sure that traffic from SEO, social and email turns into real sales.
