Senior Content Writer and Content Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Manager to join our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an overall content strategy, developing editorial plans and calendars to meet weekly and monthly goals, and is ready to make changes on a dime.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with Ranxy’s and its clients’ overall business objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, YouTube, and more.
• Review website growth, social media traffic growth, and content performance.
• Conduct content audits and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize content performance.
• Drive brand positioning and messaging consistency through content creation and distribution.
• Truly understand brand voice / opinion / point of view.
• Truly understand the current customer and know how to identify potential new customers.
• Understand how the customer is evolving.
• Review website growth, social media traffic growth, and content performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven optimizations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge.

Prepare and present reports on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Native/near-native knowledge of English.
• 3+ years of experience in content writing and management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Extensive knowledge of content marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive business results.
• Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure content performance.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and advancements in content marketing.
